Refund policy

We want your pet to love their new bed. If you're not satisfied, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a return.
To be eligible, items should be in their original condition. If your bed arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, we'll make it right at no cost to you — just email a photo. For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
Once we receive your return, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
